2024 National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) Essay Content

The Highland Park Tennis Club (HPTC) is proud to be a National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) Chapter with the United States Tennis Association Foundation (USTAF).  The USTAF has launched the 2024 NJTL Essay Contest, which is open to all children 8 to 18 years, who have participated or will participate in our HPTC tennis programs. All participants are asked to write an essay (500 words or less) answering a thought-provoking question requiring research and analysis.

This year there is a two-step process, and it's more user friendly:

Step 1: The 2024 USTAF Essay Contest Digital Flyer (see right) has a unique QR code affiliated with the HPTC. This will allow a student to type their essay directly online and provide their personal information.

Step 2: The HPTC will need a hard copy of the 2024 USTAF/NJTL Essay Contest Entry Form signed by a parent/guardian. Please provide the Entry Form to info@highlandparktennisclub.org the student's full name, birth date, address, phone number, parent/guardian's name and email address.

DEADLINE FOR ALL STUDENTS TO SUBMIT THEIR ESSAYS ONLINE & ENTRY FORMS TO HPTC, PO BOX 5020, PITTSBURGH, PA 15206, IS JUNE 4TH, 2024.
